acceptance of terms

by tapping unlock with pin, signing in with apple, google, email, or phone, or otherwise accessing secret blueberry, you agree to these terms. if you don't agree, please don't sign in.

eligibility

secret blueberry is intended for use by adults. you may use the app only if you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, if higher) and you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

account access

you can sign in with a personal pin, with apple or google sign-in, with an email magic link, or with an sms one-time code. you are responsible for keeping your sign-in method, your pin, and the device you use to access the app reasonably secure. sessions are short-lived and you can sign out at any time.

private, invite-only access

secret blueberry is not a public social network. access is intended for the specific people the app owner invites. invite tokens are personal, expire after seven days, and may not be shared, resold, or transferred. if your access is revoked, you must stop using the app.

acceptable use

when using the app, you agree not to:

• attempt to break, probe, or bypass authentication, the pin gate, rate limits, or other security controls.
• scrape, automate, or hammer the service in ways that interfere with other people's use.
• upload or save content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, or that you don't have the right to share.
• impersonate someone else or use an invite that wasn't sent to you.
• reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the app's code or content for use outside your invited space.

your content

anything you create inside the app — calendar entries, watchlist items, rsvp choices, story entries, brackets — stays yours. by saving it inside secret blueberry, you grant the app a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process it solely so the people you've invited can see it within your shared space. we don't repurpose your content or use it for advertising.

shared spaces

secret blueberry is built around a shared calendar, watchlist, and story intended for a small invited group. anything you save will be visible to the other invited members of your space. please use good judgment about what you write down, the same as you would in any shared notebook.

privacy

your use of the app is also governed by the privacy policy, which describes the data we collect, the services that touch it, and how to request deletion. the privacy policy is incorporated into these terms by reference.

service availability

secret blueberry is offered on an as-is basis. we may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time, including for maintenance, security, or provider issues outside our control. we don't promise an uptime number and we don't offer a guaranteed support response time.

suspension and termination

the app owner may suspend or revoke your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including violation of these terms or misuse of an invite. you can stop using the app at any time by signing out and asking the owner to remove your member record (see the privacy policy for the deletion path).

intellectual property

the secret blueberry name, design, code, typography choices, and visual treatment are owned by the app's creators. nothing in these terms grants you any right to use those assets outside of the app itself. third-party imagery shown inside the app (such as movie posters or sports logos) is the property of its respective rights holder.

payments

secret blueberry currently does not charge users, sell subscriptions, or process payments. if that ever changes, the relevant pricing terms will be added here before any charge is made.

disclaimers

the app, including any sports schedules, weather snippets, or other data pulled from public sources, is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. we don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, accurate, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

limitation of liability

to the fullest extent permitted by law, the app's creators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost data or lost profits, arising out of your use of the app. our aggregate liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it, which for most users is zero.

changes to these terms

we may update these terms occasionally. the effective date at the top of this page will change to reflect the latest version. continuing to use secret blueberry after an update means you accept the new terms.
